Scheduling

Please call our practice at 719-543-1132 to schedule an appointment. Once you make an appointment, that time will be reserved for you. If, for some reason, you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment time, please call us with 48 hour notice to reschedule.

We do our best to remain on schedule and minimize waiting. Due to the fact that our practice provides a range of dental treatments, and various procedures may lengthen the time needed to complete a procedure.

First Visit

During your initial consultation at our dental practice in Pueblo, CO we will explain your diagnosis and treatment options. In some cases, treatment can be done on the same day as the consultation. However, if you have a complex medical history or treatment plan, your evaluation and treatment will be scheduled in separate appointments.

To provide our patients with the best treatment, we request you bring the following items to your initial visit to our practice:

  •  Your referral slip and any X-Rays if applicable
  •  Insurance Information / Card
  •  Any medical records pertaining to your visit (list of medications you are taking, pre-existing conditions, etc)
  •  Photo Identification

Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the start of your scheduled appointment time to fill out necessary paperwork.

Please note: A parent or guardian must accompany patients under 18 for their consultation visit.
